The Tales of Greek is a luxury residential project developed by SuchirIndia, featuring suites and studio apartments inspired by Greek architecture. To revolutionize its marketing approach, SuchirIndia collaborated with Ebani Tech to implement immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, allowing prospective buyers to virtually explore the property. SuchirIndia is a real estate firm with plotting projects, resorts, apartments, and commercial real estate developments. Ebani has worked on a bunch of their projects over the past decade. We delivered end-to-end branding, marketing, and immersive customer engagement solutions.

Our scope of work included:

Executing outdoor advertising, including billboards, road median displays, and on-site branding
Implementing ambient branding and signage across project locations
Developing an immersive AR/VR experience zone, enabling prospective buyers to explore the property virtually
Supporting real estate event activations to strengthen customer engagement and brand impact
