Designing Sales & Marketing for a $1.5B Mega Project

Lanco Hills is one of the world’s largest single-phase development projects. This USD 1.5 Billion Mega Project, is the result of meticulous detailing by the world’s most renowned architects and consultants. Ebani's scope here has been executing the sales and marketing promotional content design and delivery in the form of publication ads, billboards (outdoor), road media signs, advertising pylons, brochures, ambient branding of the sales office and more.

Our scope of work included:

Developing a range of marketing and promotional materials to support the project’s sales efforts
Creating visual and communication assets to elevate the project’s market presence
Supporting on-site branding and customer-facing touchpoints
